Pigasso’s Place - 13 half-hour shows

"Pigasso’s Place" combines live-action, puppets, and unique 3-D computer animation to create a series which includes education, music and family entertainment. The 3-D animation technology uses software designers, singers and sound engineers to form a host of characters in fun-filled environment. "Pigasso’s Place" blends original songs and stories with nursery rhymes and fairy tails.

PIGASSO the pig and POOKIE the wolf are the stars of this extraordinarily educational series. Pigasso and Pookie bring their antics to life as costumed characters who live and work in a magical curiosity shop where anything can happen. The live-action sequences are combined with state-of-the-art computer graphic animation and wild computer POV camera views… instruments play themselves, artists’ brushes magically fly around the room and compose still-life scenes. The characters and background are rendered in everything from chrome to glass to skin-like textures.

Each half-hour includes an original song sung by Pigasso, Pookie and the rest of the colorful fun puppet gang: GABBY, the telephone, HEIDI the girl, CASSIUS the cash register, FILLMORE the traveling trunk, TOMMY the computer kid, MANGO the magic ostrich and the dancing snails.

Every episode is both entertaining and educational and guaranteed to capture the imagination of children of all ages in a pro-social environment.
