M3D Terms and Conditions of Use

So, you are curious about the rules are you? That is great! Here they are real short and sweet. The M3D Rules:

1. All of the movies, toys, games and other activities on the site are created for you to play with while you are visiting our site. You are not allowed to take them, sell them, give them to someone else, or claim that you created them. The only thing that you can do with them is play with them on our site.

2. Chat rooms and bulletin boards are open places where other kids, and your self can post things. M3D believes that kids have a mind of their own and that they should be able to express themselves. We would never tell someone what to say or do. So, if you see something that you don't like, remember that it came straight from another visitor and not from M3D. We will do our best to keep mean or bad things out of our site. We want you to feel good about everything at M3D and have fun while you are visiting us!

3. Remember also that the chat rooms and bulletin boards are public areas. If you say something really cool, we might want to repeat it in our site or on a commercial. The same goes for pictures and artwork that you send in. If you send us a picture, a tape, a drawing or anything you made, we are allowed to use it as much as we want. We hope that you want to share your creativity with everyone! Remember the rules, and ALWAYS check with your parents first! They may want to frame your work and send it to Aunt Flo!

No material from M3D or any web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by M3d studios or Gotsite may be copied, reproduced, duplicated, republished, transmitted, uploaded, or distributed in any way. The site may be used for noncommercial, personal, home use only. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of M3D Studios property rights. In any case of unauthorized use, the offender may be subject to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable state and federal law.

USE OF THE SERVICE
By using the site, the visitor assumes total responsibility and risk for his/her use of the service and the Internet. M3D supports the opportunity to exchange ideas and information with other M3D fans. The material posted in these areas is not created by M3D studios and therefore does not directly reflect any of the views or policies of the company. Visitors remain solely responsible for the content of their postings. No guest shall post or upload any material that obscene, pornographic, threatening, libelous, abusive, illegal, or objectional in any fashion that would constitute or encourage criminal activity or the violation of the rights of any party. The M3D forum is not to be used commercially. No visitor shall upload or post any material that contains promotion, advertising, or the offer of goods and services in any way. Any form of solicitation is strictly forbidden. M3D studios respects the privacy of the user. We will not monitor, edit or disclose the contents of any message unless required to do so by law or in order to protect M3D studios. We reserve the right to remove postings that do not comply with the terms stated above. By participating in the open forum, the visitor grants the rights to use, reproduction, distribution, sublicense and sales of any ideas or concepts contained in any discussion or posting. Making Purchases When making a purchase in the M3D shopping service, you will be asked to supply personal information including credit card number or other necessary payment information. You agree that all information used is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for the total payment of the product at the price in effect when the purchase was made. In addition, you are responsible for the taxes and cost of shipping and handling related to your purchase.

Termination
The terms of this document are effective until terminated by one or both parties. The visitor may terminate these terms at any time by destroying them and all material taken from, or downloaded from M3D studios. M3D may terminate immediately if the visitor violates the terms in any way. If terminated, the visitor must destroy all materials obtained from M3D Online studios.
