Ship Rules

     We want everybody to feel comfortable and have fun on the M3D spaceship. It is important that everyone follow these important ship rules. We ask that you respect the other online astronauts and use good manners. Just use your noggin and you'll feel right at home.

1.   We communicate with words only on the Internet, so we do NOT allow obscene, racist, or sexually explicit language. We will remove postings that are slanderous or insulting, or any notes that are abusive or hateful. Any harassing notes or postings that might be construed as stalking will be immediately removed and made available to the proper law-enforcement officials. We also reserve the right to remove notes that do not pertain to the subject of discussion.

2.   No solicitation or advertising of any kind is permitted. These include advertisements for your business or latest get rich-quick-scheme. These notes devalue the conversation and take up valuable space.

3.   You may use M3D cards for noncommercial use only. Any business use or high volume application is forbidden. The cards may not contain inappropriate language of any kind, copyrighted material without consent, or encourage illegal behavior of any kind. Any card with this content will not be sent.

4.   If you receive and e-mail or card with any inappropriate content, please contact the M3D host by e-mail.

5.   We reserve the right to remove any postings, although we hold no duty to do so.

6.   You must have copyright ownership for all of the material that you post in the chat rooms and bulletin boards. No articles, song lyrics, recipes, artwork, graphics, or any other material may be posted without the written consent of the copyright holder.

7.   You must respect the right the privacy of other individuals. You may not post the address, phone number, social security number or any other piece of private information.

8.   We do not allow spamming. This means you may not post the same note repeatedly.

9.   You take full responsibility for your actions in our chat rooms and the personal information you supply. You participate at your own risk. We take no responsibility for the content or opinions posted in the bulletin boards, chat, or e-mail.

10.   You may not suggest or encourage illegal activity. We will assist the authorities.

11.   Communities that are committed to quality information and support for children and parents are welcome to join our discussions. Please limit all personal communication to e-mail.

12.   By using e-mail, posting on the site, or sending an M3D card, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions of Use.
