M3D Online is the place in cyberspace where kids can come to check out what's new with their favorite Computoy, play games, listen to music, learn, laugh, and share their ideas! We believe in the power of kids! It is our goal to provide an incredibly fun and interactive learning center for our children, a place where they can feel appreciated and you can feel safe! We urge you to use and enjoy our website along with your kids. Although, we encourage the interactive nature of the Internet, we understand that there are real and present dangers to surfing the web. M3D strives to educate our users, both parents and children, about how to safeguard your family's privacy while surfing on the web! M3D's Protective Policies:

1. No personal information should be submitted on our site without the permission of the user's parent or guardian.

2. If registration is required, the parents of the user will receive an e-mail confirming the registration as well as information as to how to cancel the registration if necessary.

3. M3D online does not sell or provide personal information to outside parties for any reason. In the case that a child wins a contest or game on the M3D site, notification, and prizes are sent to the parent of guardian identified in the user registration.

4. E-mail addresses of M3D users and or members are at no time posted on the M3D site or made public in any way.

What information is collected and Why?

      M3D will always let kids know the reasons why we are collecting information and what we are going to use it for. We do not collect personally identifiable information through any means other than the voluntary submission of information from the individual. Visitors may be asked to supply information for contests or sweepstakes registration, subscription registration for sites or services which require subscription (such as e-mail newsletters, prize announcement), requests for membership information to local public television stations, transactions within the M3D shopping center, community postings (i.e. forums or bulletin boards), comments and suggestions, or voting.
      M3D online uses the information only for conducting the activities described above and for internal marketing and promotional purposes. We will at no time disclose any personal information about our audience to any third party for any reason. The extent to which the information will be used is always explained at the time the user is asked for the information.
