It
is not uncommen for error messages to occur while you are surfing the Internet.
Many errors are caused by simple mistakes in typing. It may also be the
case that the page you are trying to locate has been taken down and removed,
or that the link is broken or outdated. Here are the reasons for some common

Oops
This error is produced by a problem with the computer program that generates
the page, or a mistake in the link. Try refreshing or reloading the page.
Timeout
A timeout occurs when your browser is waiting for the page you requested
to be sent from the server, and the server has not responded in the appropriate
amount of time. This may occur when your service provider is having problems
or the site you are visiting is too busy. The problem can also occur because
your modem is not connected. Check to see that your modem is connected.
If you coninue to get this error message contact your service provider.
Not
Found
This error occurs when the browser can not find the page you are asking
for. This is often caused by a typing error. Make sure that the URL has
been typed in correctly, and that nothing is missing and letters have been
properly capitalized.
Sever
Error
The server is the computer where M3D Online is stored. If this message appears
please trust that we are aware of the problem and we are working to correct
it. The site should be back up in a matter of minutes.

DNS Entry
DNS stands for Domain Name System. The adress that appears in the browser
window (for example, http://www.planetm3d.com) is called the URL, or Uniform
Resource Locator. The URL translates to to the particualt numerical address,
or I.P. (Internet Protocol) adress, of the Internet page. The DNS matches
Internet adresses with IPaddresses. If it can not match the numbers with
the words, you will see an error message. This message indicates that there
is a problem with M3D Online or with your Internet service provider.
Check to make sure it is not a spelling error and try again.
